If Kathy Griffin has proved one thing now, it's that she's not afraid to confess and take risks. But the latest compelling news about the comedian is for a profound personal and emotional reason.

Griffin, 56, unveiled her shaved head on Monday in solidarity with her sister Joyce, who is fighting cancer and is currently undergoing chemotherapy.
According to people.com, her sister's fight against cancer hit Griffin particularly hard because her brother Gary died of esophageal cancer in 2014. Griffin paid tribute to Instagram for calling her brother's two-year battle a brutal one.

Griffin shaved head photos were exposed on Twitter, and her mother, Maggie, announced that her daughter was a remarkable person.
Being praised as an outstanding person is a positive step forward for Griffin in view of the fact that she found herself returning hot water in May. Griffin and Donald Trump, who posed for a fake but creepy decapitated portrait, underwent a federal investigation and were fired from a concert co-hosted by CNN on New Year's Eve. Griffin later apologized and recently tweeted that she was no longer under federal investigation and had been completely relieved of responsibility. & quot;
Although Griffin's shaving is admirable, she is not the only celebrity to do so. R&B singer Keke Wyatt shared last week that she also shaved her head to support her children in their fight against cancer.
